ProTren Terms and Policies:
Payment
ProTren Accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Minimum Orders
ProTren will only process and ship orders of $38 or more ( before taxes, delivery and packaging & handling fees).
Expedited Delivery
- ProTren ships all orders 2nd day Expedited Service at no extra charge in the Continental United States.
- ProTren does not ship on Fridays.
Rush Delivery
- We can ship your order by priority overnight air shipping for an additional $12.00 charge to destinations in the Continental United States.
- Please mark the appropriate box in this order form or inform your ProTren Account Manager when you order if you'd like us to send your ProTren order out on Rush Delivery.
- ProTren does not ship on Fridays.
Packaging & Handling Fee
A $12.95 Packaging and Handling fee is charged to all deliveries. This fee covers the cost of the premium materials and procedures which keep your ProTren products under temperature control during transport
Back Orders
- A ProTren Account Manager will immediately contact you if we're out of stock on any items you've ordered.
- Your ProTren Account Manager will contact you when your backordered items are available.
Product Returns and Credit
All product returns or credits must receive prior authorization and ProTren Authorization Number (PAN). Please contact your ProTren Account Manager for complete details on how to return product for replacement or credit due to:
- product defects
- damage during delivery
- patient returns
